We lie all the days of our lives. To speak is to falsify. For truth is silent and we only point to it erroneously. The invitation of that silent truth that pervades existence is not to make it a subject of conversation but to abide in it. Once there, the primary inclination is to stillness. Only then, and rarely, will silence speak. And when it does, its substance is more than speech. And though our mouths be its instrument, we are silent still.
